PromptStudio ("PromptStudio" or "we") respect your preferences concerning the treatment of information that we may collect. This Privacy Policy explains what kind of information we collect, use, share, and how we secure your information in relation to our mobile application ("Application" or "App") and related mobile services ("Services"). BY INSTALLING THE APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, ENTERING INTO, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU OR, AS APPLICABLE, YOUR LEGAL GUARDIAN, DISAGREE WITH ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL, ACCESS AND/OR USE THE APP AND YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROMPTLY ERASE IT, AND ANY PART THEREOF, FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.
What information we collect
Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide you with a safe, efficient, and customized experience and to provide you with Services and features that better meet your needs or requests.
1. Personal Information
We do NOT collect any Personal Information about you. "Personal Information" means personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, physical address, calendar entries, contact entries, files, photos, etc.
2. Non-Personal Information
We may collect non-personal information about your use of our App and aggregated information regarding the usage of the App. "Non-Personal Information" means information that is of an anonymous nature, such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.
3. Facial Data Use
The App collects images or videos of your face only to apply AI filters, style changes, or create avatars.
Facial data is collected only after the user explicitly selects an AI feature. No facial data is collected automatically or in the background.
No biometric identifiers, such as Face ID templates, are collected or stored.
Facial data is sent securely to Replicate for temporary processing to generate the requested effects.
Facial data is deleted immediately after processing.
Facial data is never used for advertising, analytics, user profiling, or any secondary purposes. Data is never combined with external databases or other user information.
We do not share facial data with third parties for marketing or profile creation.
Facial data is not stored long-term unless you explicitly save an edited image or video on your device.
Facial data is never used for identification, authentication, or biometric analysis.
How we use your information
1. Personal Information
We do NOT collect and use Personal Information in any way.
2. Non-Personal Information
If collected, non-personal information is used internally to monitor and improve the Services, to perform analyses of user behavior, to measure user demographics and interests, to describe our Services to third parties, and to optimize the App. Non-Personal Information is never combined with Personal Information.
3. Facial Data
Facial data is used exclusively to generate AI effects through the Replicate service, enabling users to apply filters, retouches, or create avatars in photos or videos in real time.
How we share the information we collect

We do NOT collect or share Personal Information in any way.
2. Non-Personal Information
We may share aggregated, non-personal information with third-party service providers to improve
and optimize the App.
3. Facial Data
Facial data is only sent to Replicate for processing. It is not shared with third parties for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

The App may contain links to other websites or online services, including third-party advertisements. If you click on these links, any information you provide will be subject to the privacy policy of the linked site, not this Privacy Policy. We do not control third-party websites and assume no liability for their practices.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
